Shipping Details

- Delivery charges are based on standard ground shipping to one address within the Continental U.S. The current Rate Table is only valid for shipping within the 48 mainland States in the US.
- We do not charge any handling fees. 
- We offer Express Shipping upon request. If you would like to have your Order shipped Express, please contact us via email and we will determine the expedited shipping charges. We can be reached at allthingstropical@earthlink.net or 407-430-2466. 
- For orders that need to be shipped outside of the continental United States, please contact us for exact shipping rates. Please note that you will be responsible for any customs fees imposed on imported merchandise.

Returns & Exchanges

We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us at allthingstropical@earthlink.net or 407-430-2466 within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price of the items, minus return shipping costs. Please note that for orders over $200.00, a 35% restocking fee will be applied for returns. For a Return to be processed, it needs to be returned in its original condition.  If you receive any damaged or broken items, contact us immediately for credit and / or replacement instructions.

Purchase Agreement

By accepting delivery of products from Allthingstropical.com, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any attempt to alter or modify these terms and conditions by the Customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void.  Product price, specifications, and terms and conditions of Allthingstropical.com are subject to change without previous notification. Allthingstropical.com is not responsible for typographical and or photography errors.

Limitation of Liability

The maximum liability Allthingstropical.com offers is limited to the purchase price of the product sold. Allthingstropical.com shall NOT be, under any circumstances, liable upon a claim or action in contract, tort, indemnity or contribution, or other claims relating to the products it sells which exceeds this liability limit. Allthingstropical.com is not responsible for third party claims for damages against the customer, malfunction, delays, interruption of service, and/or loss of business, whether or not Allthingstropical.com is aware of such claims or damages.

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier for our customerss. Just browse the Catalog, click on any items that you wish to buy, and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "View Cart" or "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order. We accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Warranty

Unless otherwise outlined below, Allthingstropical.com provides 30 days warranty on all products purchased from Allthingstropical.com and it does NOT extend beyond the original Buyer of Products. Allthingstropical.com does not warrant any products that have been subject to improper use, abuse or physical damage. The Buyer agrees to inspect all goods at the time of delivery and shall notify Allthingstropicals.com of any discrepancies within one (1) day of receipt of Products.
