How It Works

Your $1,500 investment covers everything — from mockups and setup to production. There are no hidden fees.

You can select from a wide range of 28 different substrate options, including drinkware, metal signs, keychains, shirts, and more. Mix and match any way you like, as long as the total value of your order adds up to $1,500.

To get started, email your artwork to custserv@jacousa.com. We require files at 300 DPI  with a minimum of 1200 pixels on the smallest side in one of the following formats: JPEG, AI, PDF, EPS, PSD, or PNG. For artwork files, a layered AI file is needed so we can adjust and place the design accurately across your chosen substrates.

If your file is not in the correct format, don’t worry — we offer design and file adjustment services for an additional charge. Once we receive your file, we’ll review it and contact you to confirm the next steps before any work begins.

To begin the design process, please place your order online and select your preferred substrates to meet the $1,500 total. The website will authorize the full amount, but only a $300 deposit will be charged initially. This deposit will be applied toward your total once you approve your custom artwork.
